Bidders shall carefully examine the Contract Documents and the construction site to obtain first-hand knowledge of existing conditions and the demolition and construction requirements. Successful bidders will not be granted extra payments for conditions that could have been determined by site inspection and review of the Contract Documents. It is recommended that each bidder inspect the site and become familiar with existing conditions, site limitations, means of access, relationship of existing and new work, and any other factors that could affect the performance and completion of the work. No additional payment, time, or reconsideration will be granted due to reliance on figured dimensions shown in the documents without field verification. Any discrepancies found during field verification must be reported to the Owner's Representative immediately. Electronic documents can be obtained from the specified website, and the vendor is responsible for ensuring they have the most up-to-date documents. The work of this bid category includes but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, materials, scaffolding, hoisting and incidentals to complete the tower installation work in accordance with the specifications, drawings and applicable codes.
