Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the 2026 Pavement Markings Project. Bidders must submit their proposals at the specified location by the designated time. Contract documents, bid sheets, plans, and specifications are available for a non-refundable fee. Bidders must be listed on the official plan holders list. Each proposal must include a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as outlined by state law, and the bond must be from an authorized surety. The proposal must include the names of all parties involved and evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The project is required to be completed by the stated deadline. Contractors and subcontractors are required, as much as practicable, to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Compliance with Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates is mandatory. The right to waive irregularities or reject any or all bids is reserved by the commissioners.
