The Mingo County Commission is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to install new insulation around all plumbing in the Mingo County Courthouse. The project includes the installation of approximately 6,000 feet of insulation. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope "BIDDER – PIPE WRAPPING PROJECT." The successful bidder must be licensed to do business in West Virginia, provide proof of all insurances and other required coverages, and will enter into a contract agreeable to the Mingo County Commission and the commission's insurance provider. The Mingo County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities on the proposal process. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days of the date of the bid opening.
