The scope of work is to supply iron pipe for the New Britain Public Works Department, Utilities Division, on an as needed basis from June 2, 2026 to May 29, 2027. Delivery and any incidental charges must be included in the pricing, with the delivery point being New Britain, CT. Stated quantities are estimates only and there is no guarantee regarding the actual quantities to be ordered. The City of New Britain is exempt from federal and State of Connecticut taxes, so such taxes should not be included in the bid prices. Exceptions to specifications must be clearly stated on a separate piece of paper. The manufacturer must be clearly stated. Sealed bids must be submitted by the specified date and time, with the bid envelope clearly marked on the outside with the bid number and name.
