Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.

As of July 13, 2026, project is awarded to Hoar Construction but no amount available. The City of Cleveland, Tennessee ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") services for the completion of the renovations to the new City Hall and City Council Buildings located at 44 Inman St. and 70 Inman St. NE respectively. The construction of the project design is approximately seventy percent (70%) complete. Renovations to the structures began under a general contractor obtained through a public bid process. The selected CMAR will provide preconstruction services and subsequently serve as the contractor for completion of the project. The CMAR will receive the assignment of all existing subcontracts to evaluate and administer where such subcontracts are beneficial to the completion of the project.
