Description

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Sealed bids are requested for the furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appliances necessary for the FY26 10MG Wastewater Detention Reservoir Repainting, S-3242-X. The project consists of repainting and repairs of a 10-million-gallon prestressed concrete wastewater detention reservoir. Contractors must be licensed and listed on the Engineer's list of planholders who have purchased the contract documents and specifications. The allotted time for construction is ninety consecutive calendar days, including 15 days for shop drawings and materials procurement, and 75 days for on-site work. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after the bid receipt deadline. Bidders agree to comply with the non-discrimination policy in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related regulations. Cleveland Utilities Authority reserves the right to waive informalities and reject any and all bids.
