The Van Zandt County Commissioners' Court is seeking bids for the purchase of Road and Bridge Materials, specifically Delivered for: Portland Cement, 14- & 16-Gauge Culverts, ASPPM, and LRA Item 330, to be used on the Van Zandt County Roads for the contract year of May 6, 2026 through April 30, 2027. Sealed bids must be received in the Auditor's office prior to 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 28, 2026, for opening and tabulation. Sealed bids should be marked "Road and Bridge Materials Bid" and can be mailed or delivered to Van Zandt County Auditor, 121 E. Dallas, Room 102, Canton, TX 75103. Bid packets may be picked up at the Van Zandt County Auditor's Office or located on the county website. Van Zandt County reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole any bids submitted, and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the County. Lump sum or unit pricing are defined in the individual product's bid sheet. Funds for payment have been provided through the Van Zandt County budget approved by the Commissioners' Court for the fiscal year. Payments are made by check according to the commissioner's court schedule.
