The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify a qualified contractor to provide the Housing and Human Services Department with Architectural and Engineering design work, development of design, bid documents, construction documents, and construction administration services. The Contractor must demonstrate competence and professional qualifications in providing these services, including knowledge of CDBG or Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funded projects.
