CR#: 2133906 OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit for the Institute for Basic Research (IBR) is seeking quotes from responsible and qualified MWBE, SDVOB, or NYS small business contractors to replace the dual fuel burner on a 250HP steam boiler at 1050 Forest Hill Road, Staten Island, NY 10314 in Building 25. The scope includes removing the existing dual fuel burner, installing a new dual fuel burner, and furnishing and installing all necessary piping, valves, and fittings for a complete and proper installation. Prevailing wage applies to this contract. Bidders must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor and submit their Certificate of Contractor Registration at bid submission for Article 8 projects. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. MWBE or SDVOB bidders must provide certification documents. Bidders may be asked to submit at least three references from projects of similar scope and size.
