Site work and paving for a road / highway in Circleville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are requested for the construction and furnishing of all material, labor, and equipment under a unit price contract for the resurfacing of various County and Township roads. The work includes the application of Item 441-Asphalt Concrete, Item 407-Tack Coat, Item 422 Chip Seal, Item 617-Reconditioning Shoulders, Item 642 Pavement Marking, Item 886 Fog Seal, and other related work as specified in the plans, specifications, and bid documents. All work for Contract A & B must be completed by September 30, 2026. All work for Contract C must be completed by August 31, 2026. Each proposal must be submitted on the provided form and accompanied by a bid guaranty either as a bid bond from a surety authorized in Ohio, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit for 10% of the total bid amount. The minimum wage paid must comply with the "Schedule of Prevailing Hourly Wage Rate" from the Ohio Department of Industrial Compliance. Preference is given to Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
