Sealed bids for multiple prime bid packages are requested for Memorial Hall Window Replacement - Phase 4. The bid packages are 4A - Masonry Repair and 8A - Windows. Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the project name. Bidders must include a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening.
