The work involves furnishing all required documentation for bidding, including a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as per Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, and providing evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. Bidders are also required to include a complete list of all subcontractors intended for use. Compliance with Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Pickaway County and Circleville, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, is mandatory.
