This bid is for the construction of a new 2-story multi-purpose building at the Pickaway County Fairgrounds, ~18,000 SF. Trades needed include: Earthwork & Site Utilities, Concrete, Masonry, Structural & Miscellaneous Steel Fabrications, Metal Wall & Roof Panels, Modified Bitumin Roof, Dampproofing, Caulking, Glazing, Metal Stud/Drywall/ACT, Flooring, Painting, Hydraulic Elevator, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Data/Comm, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Asphalt Paving, Landscaping, etc. *This project is NOT subject to Prevailing Wage Rates* *This project is Local & State Sales Tax Exempt* *This project is being bid as a Multi-Prime project, however we intend to submit a bid for package 1A/14A - General Trades/Elevator, and a combination bid for the entire project* *Please note all Alternates, Allowances & Unit Costs that may apply to your scope of work* Bids will be received until 10:30 a.m., local time October 13 , 2026, and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the Board of County Commissioners, Pickaway County, Ohio office located at 139 West Franklin Street, Circleville, Ohio 43113.
