Site work for a water / sewer project in Circleville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of February 27, 2026 the contract has been awarded. Hard copy bids will be received during business hours at the Earnhart Hill Regional Water & Sewer District, located at 2030 Stoneridge Drive, Circleville, Ohio 43113, until 1:30 pm, local time, on Friday, February 6, 2026, for all labor, material, and services necessary for the Bolender Pontius Road Waterline Replacement Project. Please refer to the provided website or contact the office for more information. The project consists of, but not limited to, installing approximately 2500LF of 8" and 4" waterline along Bolender Pontius Road. Method of install shall be per open cut and/or HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) methods.
