Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Phoenix, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Proposals are requested for major bridge replacement projects, specifically: BF72094-1 Carrying Highway 35 over Meikle River, approximately 25.4 km north of Manning; and BF74194-1 Carrying Highway 58 over Bushe River, approximately 4.5 km east of High Level. Only pre-qualified firms (COWI North America Ltd, Most Engineering (2001) Ltd., and WSP Canada Inc.) may submit proposals. Submissions from others will not be considered. This is a Request for Proposal, not an Invitation to Tender. Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors may request clarification, accept or reject proposals without negotiation, or negotiate changes with the successful proponent. No payment will be made for costs incurred in the preparation or submission of proposals. Consultant selection will be based on overall value, not necessarily on lowest cost.
