The first location covers the northern Stream IC-1A streambank along 6424 Willow Creek Drive, 6420 Willow Creek Drive, 6408 Willow Creek Drive, and 6404 Willow Creek Drive. The second location includes the southern Stream 219 streambank along 2908 Ports O'Call Court, 2909 Ports O'Call Court, and 2913 Country Place Drive. Bidders are instructed to submit questions electronically through IonWave. The preferred submission method for proposals is electronically through IonWave, but in-person submissions may also be made to the City of Plano Procurement Division at 1520 K Avenue, Plano, TX 75074, in a sealed envelope. All responses must be submitted before the published closing date and time. No late responses will be accepted. Critical deliveries should be made electronically or in person to ensure timely receipt.
