The Work consists of the installation of underground traffic signals services and associated works, including the installation of conduit, concrete bases, pre-cast service boxes, removal of existing service pits and concrete bases, restorations, cutovers, and spot repairs. Work is to be performed on an 'as required' basis as authorized by the Contract Administrator and/or Users. The type and quantity of Work is subject to operational requirements and may be altered or terminated by the City with thirty calendar days written notice. Bidders are advised that extensions to this contract may not be exercised if the City participates in collaborative procurement initiatives with other levels of government.
