The work consists of fog sealing of asphalt pathways within the City of Winnipeg. Major components include filing all lane closure requests and installing, supplying, and maintaining all necessary traffic control devices as per the City of Winnipeg Manual of Temporary Traffic Control; utilizing an air blower, power broom or pressure washer to remove dust, dirt, and debris from the pathway surface prior to application of fog seal; applying three coats of fog seal once the pavement surface is clean and dry; and allowing sufficient curing period between each coat application and before opening to the public.
