A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** In general, the work consists of street construction with approximately the following quantities: 17,615 SY mill bituminous surface (2.0-inch depth); 2,120 TN bituminous pavement - wear course; 1,135 LF concrete curb and gutter (remove and replace); along with pavement markings, patching, traffic control, erosion control, restoration, and other appurtenances. All plan holders who order electronic proposals through QuestCDN will receive addenda as they are released; however, it is the Contractor's full responsibility to ensure they have received all addenda prior to the submittal of bids. Question Deadline 05/04/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
