Reference Number 0000420237 The City of Santa Clara is soliciting proposals for the purchase of a New or Refurbished Gas Turbine Engine to support Silicon Valley Power, the Citys electric utility. The Engine will be utilized as a functional spare unit and rotated into service during maintenance or repair of existing units. To address operational needs and extended manufacturing lead time, the City will accept proposals for both new and refurbished turbine engines, provided the proposed equipment meets the minimum technical and performance requirements set forth in Attachment A.
