Renovation of an office development in Sterling, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,281-square-foot, four-story above grade office development.

The intent is to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to perform interior renovations at the existing County-owned facility located at 21355 Ridgetop Circle, Dulles, Virginia 20166. The project includes selective demolition and interior renovation of approximately 9,281 gross square feet on the second floor of a four-story building. The work will create a new customer service help desk, two conference rooms, a break room, a technical workbench room, a security room, and a combination of private offices and open office areas to support the operational needs of the County's Department of Information Technology. The scope of work is to be permitted and constructed under a single permit. The area is vacant and clear of furniture and debris. Occupancy is prohibited until all work is complete and all inspections have been passed and approved. The contractor is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and controlled work environment for county staff, adjacent tenants, and the public throughout construction. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations is required.
