Site work for a civil project in Salisbury, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of the extension of existing campus infrastructure including private water and sewer distribution system extensions and a private road extension to serve the expansion of the south end of the North Campus. The General Contractor shall be the Prime Contractor for this single-prime contract and is required to hire Owner approved sub-contractors to provide all necessary support work for turnkey installation, without additional funding by the Owner. Bidders must be General Contractors licensed in North Carolina with site utility construction experience. All firms must be registered with the North Carolina Electronic Vendor Portal prior to presenting a proposal. Bidders are required to agree to execute a contract that incorporates and adheres to the State of North Carolina's General Terms and Conditions. Bids must be submitted via email in PDF format by the specified deadline. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to qualify to bid.
