Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Salisbury, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.

Architectural design services are to be provided on a routine or as-needed basis for small, miscellaneous projects under $300,000. Annual fees may not exceed $150,000 in total value and no single project shall exceed a $36,000 fee. The base contract will be for a period of one year, with one possible one-year extension. Proposing firms must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina. Submission requirements include an electronic copy of the complete submittal package, registration with the North Carolina Electronic Vendor Portal, and agreement to execute a contract adhering to the State of North Carolina's General Terms and Conditions. Each package must include: a letter of interest, a design approach, examples of appropriate projects, a proposed construction budget, a Gantt chart schedule, three letters of recommendation from prior education clients in North Carolina, resumes of key staff, a listing of key sub-consultants, HUB certification (if applicable), and signed addendums. Electronic submissions only are accepted.
