Renovation of a water / sewer project in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project involves replacement of select switchgear breakers, switches, relays, and PLC communication at the existing Ottawa Pump Station as indicated in the Specifications and Drawings. Information and instructions to bidders may be obtained at the City Engineer's Office Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through online for bids to be accepted. SCOPE OF WORK: A. These Specifications and the accompanying Drawings describe the Work to be done and materials to be furnished for the Ottawa Pump Station Electrical Refurbishment project. B. Major Work items in this Contract include: Replacement of select switchgear breakers, switches, relays, and PLC communication at the existing Ottawa Pump Station as indicated in the Specifications and Drawings. 1.02 CONTINUOUS OPERATIONS: The existing system must be maintained in continuous operation in such a manner that it meets all local, state, and federal requirements. The Contractor is responsible not to deactivate any system until a temporary or new system has been installed and is operational. The Contractor is responsible for payment of all fines resulting from any action or inaction on his part or the part of his subcontractors during performance of the Work that is illegal.
