Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dayton, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to stabilize and improve Building 120 for inpatient mental health use. Work includes construction of office and administrative spaces, replacement of critical infrastructure, correction of structural deficiencies, and upgrades required to return the building to active and functional use. The scope includes, but is not limited to, demolition, restoration of architectural features, installation of code-compliant electrical distribution, plumbing and lighting improvements, physical security systems, fire alarm and detection systems, modern communications systems, analysis of existing HVAC systems, reinforcement or replacement of flooring systems on all floors, and installation of a passenger elevator. All work shall be performed in full accordance with the project statement of work, specifications, and drawings, and closely coordinated with the Government during execution. The period of performance is 575 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Location: Dayton VA Medical Center, 4100 W. Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428-9000. Estimated project magnitude is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. BONDS: Bid, Payment, and Performance will be required. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
