The scope of work includes the design of amphitheater seating adjacent to the existing stage, preparation of complete, scaled construction drawings, construction and installation of all seating and related site improvements, coordination with existing site conditions, and delivery of a complete and functional amphitheater seating area. Bidders must provide seating for a minimum audience of 150-200 people, clearly state total seating capacity, explain how seating capacity was calculated, use durable materials and construction methods suitable for long-term public use, describe required maintenance, and include an estimate for 12 months of maintenance costs. Proposals must include a bid bond, complete proposal narrative, scaled design drawings suitable for construction, project schedule, maintenance description, and 12-month maintenance cost estimate. Incomplete proposals may be rejected. The basis of award will be determined by the City of Alliance and partnering organizations. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or minor irregularities.
