Renovation of a municipal facility in Central City, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 46,555-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

The building is approximately 46,555 gross square feet. Sitework will include building and site demolition, and grading. The project will include major trades which will include but not limited to site, building construction, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and associated appurtenances. Phase one: (2,609 square feet) This phase will consist of the decoupling of the existing long-term care portion of the building from the existing hospital portion mechanically and electrically per plans. Phase two: (18,755 square feet) this portion of the project will be completed after all the MEP items have been decoupled from the hospital approved and tested. The hospital will then be demolished; all asbestos will be abated by the Owner and certified prior to the building demolition. Phase three: (25,191 square feet) the renovation portion of the long-term care portion of the building will take place during or after the hospital portion is demolished. This portion of the project will be completed in at least two parts to be determined by the Owner and per plans. The Owner and Construction Manager shall have the right to reject any or all bids, which are in any way incomplete or irregular, and to waive any informality in any proposal. All bids shall remain in effect for thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
