Black and McDonald provides Facilities Management of Government Buildings in the Lower Mainland and the Interior of BC and are looking to increase the pool of capable contractors to perform these services. Services include, but are not limited to: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire and life safety, landscaping, and snow and ice clearing. Successful companies will need to submit required data for pre-qualification, including corporate health and safety requirements, and will also require federal reliability security status through public works. All companies that meet the required criteria will be considered.
