The project focuses on the design and development of a mid-rise building to operate as a supportive housing program, with management by a non-profit specialized operator. The work includes Building A (Supportive Housing) and a shared driveway mid-block connection area for the combined site. Bidders will work closely with CreateTO, City staff, project stakeholders, and other consultants.
