Scope includes sanitary sewer (gravity), sewer pump station, sewer force main, generator, instrumentation, construction, wastewater treatment plant improvements, control panels replacement repair new installation, fittings and valves, excavation, landscaping - seeding, erosion control - temporary, cement subgrade, lift stations lift station equipment, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), lagoon improvements, conduit electrical telemetry, sitework excavating and grading, water and wastewater facilities, pumps or pump stations, and buildings commercial and private. Instructions to bidders: Plan documents are available for examination in the office of Twin Lakes Utilities Board. Plans and specifications may be obtained from ISG for a deposit, refundable upon timely and reusable return, or by download from the ISG website.
