THE CITY OF BURBANK IS SOLICITING PROPOSALS FROM QUALIFIED FIRMS FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE STARLIGHT BOWL AMPHITHEATER TRANSFORMATION PROJECT Consultant will provide full Project Management ("PM") services to the City for the Starlight Bowl Amphitheater Transformation Project ("Project"). The PM services shall support planning, procurement, administration, design, and construction oversight activities related to the Project. The PM team must have experience in high end, complex cultural landmarks including amphitheater projects. To the extent not already covered in this Scope of Work, specific services will be authorized and refined during the term of the contract. The PM's services will generally be divided into three performance Phases: Phase 1: Design Support Services (1 year) Phase 2: Planning and Design Support Services and CEQA / EIR (2 years) Phase 3: Complete PS&E (Plans, Specifications, and Estimates) and Pre-Construction/Bidding Support Services (2 years) Phase 4: Construction Phase Support Services (2 years) Evaluation Period Up to June 9, 2026 Interviews (if needed) Week of June 22, 2026 Negotiations with Top-Ranked Proposer Up to July 10, 2026 Contract Award August, 2026 Question Deadline 05/07/2026 at 4:00 PM PT Any inquiries or requests for clarification concerning this procurement must be in writing and submitted through the City e-procurement website portal, PlanetBids, via the Q
