The City of Burbank is inviting electronic bids for Price Agreement No. 2333 - Crane Services for Power Poles and Electrical Equipment for the City of Burbank Water and Power Department, in accordance with all terms as stated in the general conditions. Bidders must provide all bidder's quotation sheets as a general attachment via Planet Bids or the bid will be disqualified. Bids or forms not received by the deadline will be considered non-responsive. Changes and/or exceptions to the City of Burbank general terms and conditions will disqualify the bid and the organization/company will be considered non-responsive. Bidder's quotation sheets and exhibits must be used to submit the bid, and failure to provide all pages will disqualify the bid. Requested affidavits and bid bonds must be notarized. Vendor terms and conditions submitted with the bid will not be accepted and will disqualify the bidder and deem them non-responsive. Additions, changes and/or exceptions to the City of Burbank general conditions will also disqualify the bidder and deem them non-responsive.
