Site work for a communication facility in Flagstaff, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
Pumping and demolition of existing cisterns and removal of an existing steel tank. Work includes safe demolition of the cistern structures, removal and disposal of the steel tank, and removal of all excess debris and waste generated from demolition activities. The contractor shall backfill excavated areas, perform proper compaction, and complete final site grading around the demolished cistern locations to restore the site to required elevations and conditions. Requests For Information (RFI's) Requests For Information (RFI's) are required to be submitted on Attachment 6 "A6 Attachment 6 RFI Form" and are due to the Contracting Specialist, email, PPS.proposals@usda.gov, no later than May 6th, 2026, 3:00 PM Mountain Time.
