The Project on Which Bids Are Invited is Generally and Briefly Described Herein as Maintenance Building Trench Drain Replacement Phase Ii (Re-bid) for the Dupage Airport Authority Located in West Chicago, Illinois. This is a Re-bid. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1, et seq.) and DuPage Airport Authority Procurement Code Section 6-26 Responsibility of Bidders or Offerors.
