Sealed bids are requested for Elevator Renovations at Ford Leonard Tower. Bids must be picked up in person and submitted in triplicate, enclosed in a properly sealed envelope marked with the name of the bidder and the title 'Elevator Renovations At Ford Leonard Tower.' Only bids from the corporation or entity under whose name the qualifications and bonding are submitted will be considered. Bids and all required documents must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern time on the bid opening date. Any bid not received by this deadline will not be accepted. Photocopies or telex copies are not acceptable. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the bid date without the consent of the Housing Authority. The awarding authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
