Bidders are required to be pre-classified by the State of NJ, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) under the following categories: #C009 (General Construction/Alterations & Additions), #C029 (Structural Steel & Ornamental Iron Works), #C030 (Plumbing), #C032 (HVAC/R), #C045 (Sprinkler System), #C047 (Electrical), and #C092 (Asbestos Removal/Treatment). If the bidder does not have the required classifications, they must include and identify a subcontractor who has them.
