This request is for a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) between a qualified contractor and Denver International Airport (DEN) to provide comprehensive inspections, maintenance, repairs, testing and calibration services for safety compliance and operations of various DEN boilers. These services are essential to ensure adherence to DEN Safety Standards, Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Regulations and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code requirements. The scope of work includes servicing existing boilers 1,2,3A, 3B, 4, 5A, 5B and 6 within the Central Utility Plant (CUP), ARFF Stations 1,2,3,4 and the GT Holding Lot at the outlying building locations. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any additional resources required to perform the work effectively and in compliance with applicable standards.
