Description

Rippee Construction, Inc., Construction Manager for Florida State University, SANDELS BUILDING 0135 RENOVATE COURTYARD Project, will receive sealed bids from qualified trade contractors for Exterior Improvements as specified in Bid Package 32 00. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and other instructions contained in the Project Manual. Pre-qualification requirements: All bidders must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid. Prequalification forms are available by request. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for all subcontracts over $100,000.
