Reference number: 20138614 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-04-24 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 36 Description The Municipality of Lemieux wishes to clear snow and carry out winter maintenance on its road network over a total length of 27.23 km for a period of 3 years starting in 2026. The bidder who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the quote produced. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all liability towards any of the tenderers in the event that all the tenders are rejected. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by resolution of its council. Tenderers must obtain tender documents on the website of the Electronic Tendering Service (SEAO). The fees are set according to the pricing established by the SEAO. A tender guarantee of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the submission.
