Rehabilitation of Slip Cover No. 4 at Honolulu Harbor Bridge on Nimitz Highway. Bidders shall submit and upload their complete proposal documents to Hiepro prior to the posted offer due date and time. Proposals received after the due date and time shall not be considered. Any additional supporting documents explicitly designated as confidential and/or proprietary shall be uploaded in separate files to Hiepro. Do not include any confidential or proprietary content in the proposal file. Failure to upload the required proposal documents to Hiepro shall be grounds for rejection of the bid. Response to all questions and requests for information shall be issued only by formal addendum to the solicitation and posted to Hiepro. All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted in HIePRO no later than April 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., HST. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
