Renovation of a municipal facility in Stow, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town Hall Ramp Improvement Project involves the following major items: Demolition of existing ramp and parking area, installation of new concrete ramp with hand rails, repave and restripe parking area, and all other work as specified. A. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. Remove and replace cement concrete wheelchair ramp and metal handrails. 2. Remove and reconstruct parking area with 12" gravel, 2" hot mix asphalt base, 1 1/2 " hot mix asphalt top. Replace bit berm and restripe parking spots disturbed during paving. 3. Loam and seed all disturbed areas. Site Location- 380 Great Rd Stow, MA 01775 Bid(5%), Performance(100%), Payment(100%), Certified Check Technical Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted to the Town of Stows Consultant by 12:00 PM, Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
