Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Stow, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade, six-unit multi-residential development.
The Stow Municipal Affordable Housing Trust (Smaht) is soliciting proposals from qualified housing developers for the development and construction of six housing units affordable to qualified low-income households on an unimproved parcel of land known as Bird Meadow. The parcel is located on Red Acre Road abutting over 42 acres of restricted unimproved land. Additional instructions include uploading proposals by selecting 'Sub E-bid' and submitting proposals by selecting 'Submit My E-bid.' A confirmation email will be sent to the logged-in user upon successful submission. Clarifications and Questions from Site Walk on 24 September 2025 If you have questions about this RFP or have a request for information or clarification, please submit to smaht@stow-ma.gov. All questions and requests for clarification must be received in writing by 12:00 PM on 30 September 2025. It is anticipated that a compilation of all questions and responses will be distributed via an addendum through projectdog.com to prospective Proposers, along with any other final addenda by end of business on 6 October 2025
