Remodeling of an office development in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for the remodel of a office development.
The project involves remodeling a 5th floor suite at the old Wells Fargo building, referred to as the SEH Pueblo Office Renovation. Oversight will be provided by the Pueblo County Project Manager and Property Manager. Architecture and MEP Design are completed, and technical questions will be addressed by SEH through addendums during the formal bid process. General questions about access, time, and off-hours access will be addressed by the Building Property Manager using the same addendum process. The contract time is 60 days. To be eligible to bid, bidders must obtain all bid documents from Pueblo County Purchasing. Bids may be submitted electronically or via U.S. Mail, courier, or by hand delivery with an appointment. Bids received after the stated deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The subject line for electronic submissions must read: "Sealed Bid, IFB No. 26-10 - REVISED - GSC SEH Pueblo Office Renovation." Pueblo County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities or informalities. Minority, small, disadvantaged, and women-owned enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. If assistance is needed under the ADA, appropriate contact numbers are provided.
