The project requires the contractor to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to construct and complete the Work as described in the plans, specifications, and contract documents. - Pueblo County is requesting qualified vendors to provide their quote for a Dental Sterilization Station installation in the new Pueblo County Detention Center. - All work will be done under the direct supervision of Pueblo County. The work shall be completed no later than June 12, 2026. Casework Removal The contractor shall carefully remove existing casework and countertop at the designated sink installation location to allow for installation of a stainless steel twocompartment sink. Removal shall be performed in a manner that minimizes damage to adjacent walls, floors, and surrounding finishes. Any utilities encountered during removal shall be protected. 2. Casework Reinstallation The removed casework shall be reinstalled on the adjacent wall location as directed by the owner. Contractor shall ensure casework is securely anchored to the wall framing and level. Any required modifications to the casework to accommodate the new location shall be included. 3. Plumbing Installation Contractor shall furnish and install all required plumbing components to connect the new stainless steel two-compartment sink. Work shall include installation of water supply lines, shutoff valves, drain piping, traps, and any necessary fittings. All plumbing work shall comply with all applicable state and local plumbing codes and shall be tested for leaks and proper operation upon completion. Plumbing permit is required. 4. Stainless Steel Shelving Contractor shall furnish and install stainless steel wall-mounted shelving in the designated area above or near the sink location. Shelving shall be securely mounted to wall framing or appropriate structural backing and installed level. 5. Repair of Damaged Finishes Contractor shall repair any and all damage to floors, walls, and wall coverings resulting from the removal, relocation, or installation work. Repairs shall match existing finishes as closely as possible and restore surfaces to their original condition. 6. Ceiling-Mounted Curtain Installation Contractor shall furnish and install a ceiling-mounted, heavy-duty solid plastic curtain system in the designated area. Curtain track and mounting hardware shall be securely anchored to the ceiling structure. Curtain material shall be durable, moisture resistant, and suitable for repeated cleaning. 7. General Requirements o Contractor shall verify all field dimensions prior to beginning work. o Work area shall be kept clean and safe throughout construction. o All debris generated by the work shall be removed and properly disposed of by the contractor. o Contractor shall coordinate work to minimize disruption to facility operations. o Final installation shall be complete, functional, and ready for use.
