The work includes electrical improvements for Hamilton Park and JC Penney Statue, including but not limited to new underground electric, junction boxes, electrical bollards, and flag and statue lighting. All material, work, and equipment shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bidders must submit a certified check, bank draft, or a bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved surety company in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid with each proposal. Only contractors who have paid for plans and specifications and are listed on the plan holders list will be eligible to bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of bid opening. Filing a bid constitutes agreement to these conditions. Question Deadline 05/07/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS shall be submitted to the ENGINEER in writing. Questions received less than 5 days prior to the date for opening of BIDS will not be answered.
