Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call civil work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of the construction of a new pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) to house an indoor sports practice facility at James Monroe Park in Monroe Township, New Jersey. The contractor shall be responsible to engage the PEMB manufacturer as outlined in the project specifications. The PEMB manufacturer shall be responsible for the labor and material associated with the primary above-ground steel structure and exterior envelope of the building. The contractor shall be responsible for any and all coordination of other trades with the PEMB. The general contractor shall also bear sole responsibility for all other associated work to deliver a turn-key building to the township as outlined in these construction drawings and complimentary specifications, including but not limited to: all required site clearing and proposed site work; all footings, foundations and flat-work, both within the footprint of the new building and outside as required; all interior framing and equipment supports; all mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure and equipment, including new utility connections; and all interior construction fit-outs, including finishes, furnishings and specialty equipment. Plan holders are responsible for checking and downloading any addenda prior to submitting bids. Final Completion: 195 days from Notice to Proceed.
