The scope of work includes the installation of heating and air conditioning at South Central High School in the gymnasium. The work involves furnishing and installing two 25-ton rooftop units mounted on the lower roof on the north end with side discharge ducting through the wall into the gymnasium; flashing in roof curbs for the new RTUs; running power and wiring to the new RTUs; installing two 7-day programmable thermostats in the gym; installing fabric air fabric ductwork in the gym (two 80-foot straight runs); providing return air devices in the gym; and running gas piping on the roof to connect the new RTUs. Bids must be filed in the Unit Office by 11:00 a.m. on the deadline date. The South Central Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bid proposals should be mailed to the specified Unit Office address.
