Proposals are requested from manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers to provide the City with 497 Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) or Automated Meter Reading (AMR) water meters, including associated hardware, equipment, software, technological components, training, and necessary ongoing support services. Proposals must be submitted no later than 9:00 AM PST on May 11, 2026. Proposals may be mailed in a sealed envelope with six copies to the address provided or submitted via email to the designated city recorder. Mailed proposals must allow sufficient time for delivery before the deadline. Timely proposals will be publicly opened at 9:30 AM PST on May 11, 2026, with proposer names read aloud. The public opening may also be viewed online via a remote link.
