The Plattsburgh City School District invites the submission of Sealed Bid Proposals to furnish materials and labor to complete the 2025-2026 Capital Outlay Project, BCA Project No. 2025-012, in accordance with the plans and specifications. This work is to be bid under a single contract system covering the work of all trades as General Construction. Bids shall be prepared as set forth in the Information to Bidders, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing on its face the name, address and phone number of the bidder and the title of the project. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security as provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 45 business days after the opening of bids. Attention is called to the requirements as to conditions of employment and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. Printed copies of the bidding documents may be obtained from the office of BCA Architects & Engineers upon payment of a deposit, which may be partially or fully refunded under stated conditions for the return of the documents in good condition. Digital copies are provided at no cost. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects. The Owner may disqualify bidders for material failure to comply with the Information for Bidders and related conditions. Out-of-State Bidders must complete the "Statement Concerning Authority to do Business in the State of New York for non-New York State Companies" and provide a certified copy of their Authority to do Business in New York State with their bid. A completed Non-Collusion Certificate and, if applicable, a Resolution for corporations, are also required. If a bidder believes they are not required to obtain the Authority To Do Business in New York, the appropriate statement must be completed.
