Milling and paving of an asphalt roadway is required. A mandatory site visit must be attended prior to submitting a quote. Quotes must include a detailed cost breakdown of materials, labor, and overhead, and a quote proposal form. This is a NYS Public Works Project, and prevailing wages must be paid. Driveway front of 11N- Parking areas shall be included in Driveway front of 24-0 throughout entire site. Parking arbas shall be included in preparation and paving costs. Mill surface (cold planning) to proper depth and repave according to all NYC and NYS Standard Specifications. All edgings shall be incorporated to allow for proper drainage towards storm drains and no ponding of water. There is a channel drain at the end of drive. Channel drain base and grate shall be raised to appropriate height to prevent slips, trips, and falls and proer drainage. Rip out and remove existing asphalt Supply and install 5" (inches) of asphalt as per all specifications. Contractor to work from edge to edge. (Curb to curb). All sealed and bonded with proper sealants to prevent premature asphalt damage. Feather edging to existing asphalt for minimum height and prevent slip trip and fall hazards and prevent ponding. All building walkways, entry, paving shal be same height as handicapped curb. All parking line marking shall be reinstalled with proper Pavement Markings Regulations/ Standards.
